Phone in landscape

Same as the button next to the grabber. Drag that button sideways to widen or narrow the gap.

How to use

  1. 1Open Settings › Layout and keys.
  2. 2Turn on Split on phones in landscape.
  3. 3With the phone in landscape, the keyboard is in two halves.
  4. 4Drag the button next to the grabber sideways to change the gap.

What it does

With the phone in landscape, splits the keyboard into two halves, one for each thumb. It is the same as the button that shows next to the grabber when the phone is in landscape: tap it to split or join.

Drag that button sideways to widen or narrow the gap. The option only shows when Split keyboard isn’t set to Never.
