How much silence after you speak ends voice typing: 1 to 5 seconds.
How to use
- 1Open Settings › Typing.
- 2Drag the Stop after silence control.
- 3Speak with voice typing and pause.
- 4After the silence you chose, the text goes into the field.
What it does
Sets how much silence, after you stop talking, ends voice typing: from 1 to 5 seconds, in half-second steps. With more time, you can think between sentences without it stopping. The default is 1.5 s.
This row only shows with voice typing on.
