On: dragging changes the height of the keys and the space below is set to 30 dp (you can still change it). Off: the keys keep their height and dragging changes the space below the keyboard.
How to use
- 1Open Settings › Size and spacing.
- 2Turn off Responsive keys.
- 3Hold the grille and drag up.
- 4The keys stay the same and the whole keyboard moves up.
What it does
Chooses what the Grabber drag changes. On, the default, dragging changes the height of the keys; turning it on sets the space below the keyboard to 30 dp (you can change it later). Off, the keys keep their height and dragging changes the space below the keyboard, moving the whole keyboard up or down.
From the keyboard itself
Holding the grille without dragging opens a menu with both options, without opening Settings.
